Robert ``Bobby'' E. Mozingo, 64, departed this life Thursday, May 9, 1996, after a short illness at the Bethany Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.
Robert was born to the late James Robert and Rosa Lee Mozingo on February 23, 1932, in Norfolk. He attended Booker T. Washington High School. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force, retiring after serving more than 20 years. He was employed by Cotter and Company of Kansas City. He retired in August 1994 after being employed for 20 years.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving daughter, Yolanda E. Hayes; and a son, Andre G. Mozingo, both of Kansas City; one sister, Mrs. Rosalee Mozingo-Butler-Heath of Virginia Beach; two nephews, William Butler, Jr. of Seattle, Wash., and Angelo Butler of San Francisco, Calif.; two aunts, Mrs. Arletha Berry of Seattle, and Mrs. Ida Gore of Washington, D.C.; seven grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
