LILLIAN J. BAREFOOT

Lillian Jordan Barefoot, 78, of Bayberry Court, North, died May 21, 1996.

She was a retired waitress of the Officers Club at N.O.B. and a native of Virginia. Mrs. Barefoot was the loving wife of A.A. ``Red'' Barefoot for 27 years. She was the daughter of the late William H. and Mary Ellen White Jordan.

She is survived by a son, Allen B. Barefoot of Portsmouth; three daughters, Isabelle B. Wiggins of Chesapeake, Dorothy Puckett of Jacksonville, Fla., and Jean Lisowski of Roebling, N.J.; sister, Mae Miller of Chesapeake; two grandsons, Troy Wiggins of Chesapeake and John Lisowski of Roebling, N.J.; four granddaughters, Toni and Dawn Lisowski of Roebling, N.J., Terri Willis and Traci Strickland, both of Jacksonville, Fla.; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday by the Rev. Paul D. Moore in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at the Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel today from 7 to 8 p.m. and at the residence at all other times. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
