Mr. Billy Ray Warren Jr., 42, of the 5000 block of Finn Road, died Wednesday, May 22, 1996, in a local hospital.
He was a dedicated church musician, last playing at Old Donation Episcopal Church.
Mr. Warren is survived by his father, Billy Ray Warren Sr. of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; his mother, Betty J. Warren of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Frank Vernon of Fayetteville, N.C. and Michael W. Vernon of Dallas; a sister, Cheryl Whalen of Virginia Beach; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mammie Moranville and her husband, Carl, of Oceanside, Calif.; and a maternal grandmother, Bell Anderson of Irving, Texas.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Old Donation Episcopal Church in Virginia Beach which will be conducted by Rev. John Emmert. Memorial donations may be made to Old Donation Episcopal Church, 4449 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, 23455. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is in charge.
