Doris Richards Fraser, 73, of the 5400 block of Orion Ave., died May 22, 1996, in a local hospital.
A native of Richmond, she was a retired accounting technician for the U.S. Postal Service and was the widow of William Randolph Fraser Jr. She was a lifetime member of Park Place Baptist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Betty Ann Duval of Newport, N.C., Carol Leach of Novato, Calif., Brenda S. Wagoner of Clinton, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 1996, at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel by the Rev. Richard E. Baker. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the residence following the service.
