The Chesapeake City Council met Tuesday and took the following actions, based on a report from the Office of the City Clerk.

Request by PCS PrimeCo for a use permit for a 125-foot monopole communication tower on Wilson Road in South Norfolk. Approved, 9-0.Request by PCS PrimeCo for a use permit for a 150-foot monopole communication tower on State Street in Deep Creek. Approved, 9-0.Request by PCS PrimeCO for a conditional use permit to construct a 150-foot monopole communication tower on Falcon Avenue in South Norfolk. Approved, 9-0.Request by PCS PrimeCo for a conditional use permit to construct a 140-foot communication tower at 914 Dominion Blvd. Approved, 9-0.Request by GTE Mobilnet/Sprint to construct a 175-foot monopole communication tower on Elbow Road near Stumpy Lake Golf. Approved, 9-0.Request by Pasta Isles/Engineering Services for a use permit for an eat-in restaurant with drive-through service at Greenbrier Market Center at Greenbrier Parkway and Volvo Parkway. Approved with stipulations, 9-0.Request by Walton P. Burkhimer Jr. for Tudson's Towing and Recovery for a use permit to operate an automobile repair, service and repair (towing service) business.
