DOROTHEA B. BAKER

Dorothea B. Baker, 70, of Kings Grant Road, died May 29, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.

She was a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fleet Reserve Unit 166 of Virginia Beach.

She is survived by her husband, Aubrey F. Baker; two daughters, Karen A. Watkins of Nashville and Dorothea Gibson of Virginia Beach; a son, Keith P. Baker of Virginia Beach; her mother, Anna S. Goeller of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; two sisters, Eileen Baumgartner of Toms River, N.J., and Carol Donald of Ronkonkoma; a brother, John Goeller Jr. of East Meadow, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.

A prayer service will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. by Father James M. Noto and the Rev. Larry P. Jones in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. Donations may be made to Southeastern Food Bank of Norfolk or the American Diabetes Association.
