LOTTIE V. SCOTT

Miss Lottie Virginia Scott, of the 7000 block of Auburn Avenue, went home to her savior and creator at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, 1996.

Miss Scott was a loyal and faithful member of Bank Street Memorial Baptist Church. She was a member of senior choir for over 50 years, the Ellen Wood-Emily B. Jordan missionary circle and Woods' Bible class.

She leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Mrs. Delores Lyle of Norfolk; her husband, James, of Norfolk; three grandchildren, Michael Odgen and Deborah R. Scott of Norfolk and Darryl L. Odgen of Savannah, Ga.; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral will be at Bank Street Memorial Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Burial will be in Poplar Run Church Cemetery, Suffolk. Rev. Cedric Kirkland-Harris will officiate. Hale Funeral Home is in charge. The family will be receiving friends at 1306 Oakmont Court, Norfolk. Viewing will be between 6 and 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
