PATRICIA A. LASCARA

Mrs. Patricia Aline Lascara, 69, of Wells Parkway, died May 28, 1996.

Mrs. Lascara was a native of Kansas City, Mo., and the daughter of Mrs. Helene B. Graham of Phoenix, Ariz., and the late Benjamin Franklin Tyler Jr. of Kansas City. She graduated from Webster College, St. Louis, Mo., and the School of Social Work, Catholic University, Washington, D.C. She retired after 25 years of service in the Community Mental Health System. She was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Joseph Lascara; five children, Mary Alice Booth and her husband, Kenneth, of Portsmouth, Margaret Catherine Bisese and her husband, Michael, of Virginia Beach, Michael Anthony Lascara and his wife, Reba, of Charlotte, N.C., Mark Joseph Lascara of Portsmouth, and Matthew Christopher Lascara and his wife, Linda, of Goodlettsville, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren, Alison Marie Booth, Benjamin Allen Booth, Catherine Hannah Booth, Madeline Grace Booth, Johnathan David Booth and Cameron Joseph Booth, of Portsmouth, Paul Anthony Lascara, James Patrick Lascara and Mark Tyler Lascara of Charlotte, and Joseph Clinton Lascara of Goodlettsville; a half-brother, B. Frank Tyler III of Raytown, Mo., also survives.

A funeral Mass will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in Christ the King Catholic Church, the Rev. John J. Dorgan will preside, assisted by the Rev. Joseph P. Lehman. A Christian wake service will be held in Christ the King Catholic Church today at 7 p.m. with a visitation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Christ the King Social Ministry fund or the Sacred Heart Church Soup Kitchen Ministry. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
