Mike Robinson and Shawn Murphy have won the first two races staged by the Roanoke Island Yacht Club off Colington Island.
Robinson, skippering Hot Flash, took the April 27 race. Aubrey Kitchin in Jeanne Beth took second place and Bryan Oroson took third place. In the May 19 race, Murphy sailed Seabird to first, followed by Robinson in Hot Flash and George Kendall in Liberty Call. by CNB
