The Elvis Festival at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront begins
tonight. A festival schedule in Thursday's MetroNews section had
the wrong opening day. Dennis Wise performs from 7 to 9 tonight at
the 24th Street Park, and Young Elvis from 8 to 10 tonight at the
17th Street Park. Other performances will be held Saturday and
