Elvis roamed the Oceanfront and even rained out of the sky Saturday
at the Viva Elvis ``Elvis is Everywhere'' Festival in Virginia
Beach. At top, Al Herrin, the 10-foot-tall Elvis, is sighted among
the crowd at 24th Street. Dave Cress, above, hound dogs his way down
the boardwalk Saturday morning. Cress plays in Old James River
Jazzband, whose members became Kings for the day. Elvis has not left
