Elizabeth L. Haralson
CARROLLTON - Elizabeth Long Haralson, 80, of the 400 block of Brewers Creek Lane, died May 31, 1996, in a Portsmouth hospital.
She was a native of Spartanburg, S.C. She was the widow of Thomas A. Haralson. She retired as a secretary from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Survivors include a daughter, Tommie H. Jones of Carrollton; two sons, Gerald F. Wilkinson of Tampa, Fla., and Jimmy L. Haralson of Roanoke, Va.; two sisters, Ruth Buffington of Hemet, Calif., and Belle Barnes of Portsmouth; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery.
