Janie Belle Strong, 83, of the 400 block of Glenrock Road, died Sunday, June 2, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Strong was a member of the Moose Lodge of Norfolk.
She is survived by three sons, John Barber, Hubert Barber and Danny Barber, all of Virginia Beach; a daughter, Alice Farrar of Mebane, N.C.; a sister, Roxie Dail of Hertford, N.C.; and numerous beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services, which will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel, Virginia Beach. Burial will follow the services in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach.
