Beulah C. Buckner
VIRGINIA BEACH - Beulah Caroline Buckner, 92, of the 3000 block of Holland Road, passed away June 2, 1996, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Buckner, a homemaker, was born in Princess Anne County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley W. ``Captain Buck'' Buckner, formerly of Covington, Ky. She was a member of Green Run Baptist Church in Virginia Beach and a former member of St. John's Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Ann Buckner of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Evelyn Russell, Dorothy Schuler and Mary Montgomery, all of Virginia Beach; a niece; several nephews; and companion, Isabel Gonzalez.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Rosewood Memorial Park in Virginia Beach by the Rev. Lowe Norman. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel.
