Christie Belle Heal Bailey, 71, formerly of Mt. Hermon Village, Portsmouth, died June 4, 1996.
A native of Tarpon Springs, Fla., she retired from Home Health Care as a companion aide. She attended Portsmouth First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Tatum of Chandler, Ariz.; a son, Todd Tiddwell of Smithfield; two grandchildren, Amy and Lori Tatum. She was predeceased by her parents.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Nelson Fields. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
