A 60-year-old man who pulled a knife on a quarreling neighbor was fatally shot by the neighbor Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Police spokeswoman Elizabeth Jones identified the victim as James L. Davis, who lived in the duplex in the 1000 block of Annette St. where the shooting happened. Jones said the shooting appears to be self-defense.
She did not identify the neighbor who shot Davis, but said he was also in his 60s. Jones said there were no charges against the neighbor as of late Tuesday.
Police don't know why the men were arguing.
