Police arrested a 17-year-old male Monday in connection with the murder of one man and the malicious wounding of two others last year.
The teen, who is being held in the Tidewater Detention Home, is being charged with the July 5 murder of Carlo L. Downey, 19, of the 400 block of Dwight Avenue. He also faces firearms charges.
Downey and two other men suffering from gunshot wounds were found by police last year in the 400 block of Roosevelt Blvd. Downey, who was taken to Sentara Norfolk General, died at the hospital.
