ROBBERS SOUGHT

Norfolk and Virginia Beach police are looking for a man linked to a series of armed robberies that began Friday. The man, who is suspected of robbing three businesses in Norfolk and two in Virginia Beach, implied he had a weapon at each location. The robberies occurred at:

8:45 p.m. Friday at the B & L Food Mart in the 6500 block of E. Virginia Beach Blvd. in Norfolk

5:20 p.m. Sunday at Zero's in the 5700 block of Northampton Blvd. This was an attempted robbery, police said.

6 p.m. Sunday at the Exxon Service Station in the 1400 block of N. Military Highway.

9:45 a.m. Monday at Ceward's Dollar Store in the 4000 block of E. Little Creek Road

Monday at the Shell Service Station in the 5700 block of Northampton Blvd.
