Two Norfolk residents won awards in the 1996 Stockley Gardens Spring Arts Festival in Norfolk in May. Elizabeth Reid won the Norfolk Artist Award and the Best Booth Award for her sculptures. Martha Watson of Maury High School won second place in the Futures Awards of Student Exhibition for photography.
