Robert Edward Mills, 59, of the 900 block of Erie St., died June 5, 1996, in a Chesapeake hospital.
Mr. Mills was born in Queens, N.Y., and was retired from Equitable Life Insurance Company after 36 years of service.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys Mills; two children, Barbara Mills of Manhattan and James Mills of Connecticut; and three step-children, Peter Sheehan of Flushing, N.Y., Diana Sheehan of Virginia Beach and Nancy I. Volini of Chicago.
A funeral mass will be Saturday at 4 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel. Burial will be in Mount St. Mary's Cemetery, Flushing, N.Y., on Monday at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to National Kidney Foundation.
