Sallie Maurice Medlin, 88, of Greeneland Blvd., died June 5, 1996, in Portsmouth.
She was the widow of Agrippa H. Medlin. Mrs. Medlin was a member of Jackson Memorial Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
She is survived by four daughters, Elnora Fay Wilkinson and her husband, Leonard, of Portsmouth, Ruth Harris and her husband, Bernard, of Portsmouth, Nora Mae Baker of Portsmouth, and Louise Wright and her husband, Fred S., of Chesapeake; two sisters, Fannie Holland of Portsmouth and Mary Gilliam of Brandon, Fla.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
A private service will be held. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
