Eunice C. Davis, 69, of 6228 Wellington Street, died on June 4, 1996 in a Norfolk hospital.
She was a native a Southhampton Co. She was preceded in death by her mother, the late Annie Joe Williams and her father, the late Richard Archie Williams.
Survivors include two daughters, Bernice Ellis and Alberta Ellis, both of Norfolk; four sons, William Henry Williams of Elizabeth, N.J., Ronnie Davis, Charles Davis and Talmage Davis, all of Norfolk; six sisters, Annie Kindred of Suffolk, Fannie Joseph of Jamica, N.Y., Mary Reid, Helen De Myrick and Alberta Darden, all of Newark, N. J. and Esther Dildy of E. Elmhurst, N.Y.; two brothers, James Haywood Williams and Richard Archie Williams both of Newark; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-greatchildren;and a devoted friend, Sylvester Davis of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday at 1 p.m. in First Baptist Church of Courtland. Burial will be in Helping Hand Cemetery, Courtland, Va.. Engram Funral Home, Inc., of Courtland, is handling the arrangements.
