A man wanted in the stabbing death of a 14-year-old boy on Thursday surrendered to police on Sunday.
Keith ``Shabazz'' Tharpe, 36, of Sacramento, Calif., turned himself in at the Police Operation Center on Virginia Beach Blvd. at 4:20 p.m.
Tharpe was charged with first-degree murder.
Derrick Joseph King was killed at his home in the 400 block of W. 28th St. in Park Place.
King was stabbed during a dispute, police said.
The dispute remains unclear.
