Helene Blaise Ward, 74, of the 1000 block of W. 45th St., died June 8, 1996, in her home.
Mrs. Ward was born in Avalon, France, and was the widow of Henry Edward Ward Sr.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara A. Kimble of Chesapeake; three sons, Paul Michael Blaise, Henry Edward Ward Jr., and George Andrew Ward, all of Norfolk; and two grandchildren, Michael Donovan Ward and Janine Marie Kimble.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. Burial will be in Hampton National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m Tuesday in the funeral home.
