There were errors in a front-page map Sunday illustrating the
route of a proposed light rail system. There will not be a stop in
Norfolk designated as Waterside/MacArthur Center. Instead, there
will be stops at Plume Street and Government Center. Additionally,
the map omitted the Lynnhaven Road stop in Virginia Beach. A
corrected map appears on Page A12.
A meeting of American Legion Virginia Beach Post 110, for
installation of officers, will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the
Information Center, Thalia Gardens Apartments, 1429 Inverness Road,
Virginia Beach. The date of the meeting was wrong in Monday's
