James Lee ``Popeye'' Finklea, 42, of the 300 block of W. Indian River Road, died June 5, 1996.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Brenda J. Rhinehart of Norfolk, Mrs. Shirley A. Johnson of Memphis, Tenn.; three brothers, Mr. Walter Finklea, Mr. Ralph E. Finklea and Mr. Joseph Finklea, all of Norfolk; and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday in New Rising Sun Baptist Church, 201 Patrick St., Norfolk. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. P.G. Thomasson Funeral Services Inc. is in charge. The family will be receiving friends at 424 Clifton St., this evening.
