Mittie C. Beachum Perry, 90, of the 3800 block of Columbia St., died June 11, 1996, in her residence.
She was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church and a member of the Annie Kyle Woman's Club. She was the widow of Robert Lee Beachum and was predeceased by four children, Nancy B. Ashbury, Robert Everett Beachum, Margaret B. Shotton and James Harold Beachum. Survivors include her husband, W. Marsh Perry; a daughter, Hilda B. Mansfield; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in Olive Branch Cemetery with the Rev. J. Robert Bennett officiating. Memorials may be made to the Maryview hospice program. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is handling arrangements.
