WILLIAM M. RADFORD

William M. Radford, 73, died June 10, 1996.

He retired from the U.S. Navy in March 1973 after 30 years of service. During World War II he served both in the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets of war. He is survived by his wife, Gloria; one son, Paul; two daughters, Barbera and Brenda; and three granddaughters. He is also survived by a brother and three sisters and their children. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association, Branch Unit 166.

The memorial service will be at St. Francis Episcopal Church on Rosemont Road today at 1 p.m. The committal service will be performed at the Princess Anne Memorial Park following the service at the church. The family requests that donations to St. Francis Episcopal Church be made in lieu of flowers. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, in Virginia Beach, is in charge of arrangements.
