Vashti Clark, 90, of the 2600 block of Mapleton Ave, passed on June 9, 1996, in her home.
Survivors include three sons, Carl W. Clark Jr., retired school principal and musician of Norfolk, Bishop Melvin E. Clark Sr., pastor of Church of God in Christ of Aliquippa, Pa., and Wallace A. Clark, professor at the University of Mississippi.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Hale Funeral Home.
