Carolyn Holbrook, 73, died June 10, 1996, in her residence.
Mrs. Holbrook was retired from the Central Intelligence Agency. Mrs. Holbrook was a native of Castlewood, Va.
Survivors include her husband, Howard N. Holbrook of Virginia Beach; two sons, John A. Holbrook of Houston, Texas, Mark E. Holbrook and his wife, Dr. Katherine P. Law of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Ethel Hale Evans of Arlington, Va., Nora B. Hale of Bristol, Va.; one brother, Roy E. Hale of Arlington, Va.; two grandchildren; Kaitlin E. Holbrook and Christopher Law Holbrook, both of Virginia Beach.
A chapel service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel by Reverend Clark Mandigo. Burial will be at Princess Anne Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the M.E. Cox Center, 644 North Lynnhaven Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23452. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Road Chapel are handling arrangements.
