Mildred Elizabeth Weaver, 73, of the 7600 block of Newport Ave., died June 7, 1996, in DePaul Medical Center.
She was a retired electrician from the Naval Rework Facility. She was a member of Basilica of St. Mary of The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include four nephews and a niece, George Weaver of New York, N.Y., Wilbur Weaver of Georgia, Lawrence E. Harrison and Edward Harrison, both of Washington, D.C., and Barbara Jean Walker of Norfolk; seven great-nephews; four great-nieces; and many friends.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday by Father Walter Barrett in Basilica of St. Mary of The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. A Rosary will be held Friday at 7 p.m. in Hale Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends at the home of her niece, Mrs. Barbara Walker, 929 Albert Ave., Norfolk, and will gather there at 11 a.m. the day of the service.
