For at least a month, vitamin E capsules have been selling out at Claudia's Abundant Life, a health-food store in Toledo, Ohio. Replacement shipments have been below normal levels, said Rebecca Kuron, an employee at the store. ``We're out every week,'' she said. ``It's difficult, because customers don't thoroughly understand when you say there's a shortage.
