Cabinet indicted.'' The indictment was against the company
Sun-Diamond Growers of California, and not former Agriculture
Secretary Mike Espy.
A MetroNews story Thursday about Suffolk's operating budget
incorrectly reported that the Downtown Suffolk Association received
$43,000 from the city's budget. Initially, the city had considered
including DSA in their budget. But next week, City Council will
consider appropriating the money from the city's unappropriated
general-fund balance.
A MetroNews story Wednesday incorrectly reported that, following
a record year for homicides in 1995, violent crimes were increasing
