James Joseph Bolton, former U.S. Navy ensign and chemist, 31, died June 1, 1996, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was a graduate of USC.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Jane Blakeley, step-father Jacque Blakeley; his father, Robert Romero; paternal grandparents of Castroville, Calif., maternal grandparents, Joseph and Enid Sicard of Virginia Beach; a sister, Teresa Burton of Jacksonville, Fla.; two brothers, Robert Bolton and Stephen Bolton of Virginia Beach; four nephews, three nieces, and many loving friends and family members.
A memorial mass at Holy Spirit Catholic Church will be held in August. Burial will be in Orlando, Fla.
