A police spokeswoman said Sunday that there have been no arrests in the slaying of a woman whose body was discovered in an East Ocean View home a day earlier.
And it remained unclear who was responsible for the shooting death of a man whose body was found in the same block on Saturday. But police said Sunday that his death was being listed not as homicide but as ``undetermined.''
Both bodies were found in the 9500 block of 29th Bay St.
Imanu Phillips, 21, who is believed to have lived in the area, was found between 1 and 2 a.m. He had been shot in the head and died a few hours later.
``It has not been determined who inflicted this wound,'' said Maravia Ebong, a police spokeswoman.
About 3 p.m., the body of Montrose Woodhouse, 44, was found in her apartment.
The deaths are not linked, police said.
