A 23-year-old man was killed early Sunday when the motorcycle he was operating went out of control, state police said.
The name of the man, who was in the Navy, was being withheld until relatives could be notified.
The accident occurred about 12:40 a.m. on a ramp leading from Terminal Boulevard to Interstate 564 east.
