DREWRY LITTLE

Drewry ``Sweet Lips'' Little, 75, died Thursday, June 20, 1996, in a local hospital.

Mr. Little was a native of Norfolk and a retired restaurant owner. He was a member of Park Place United Methodist Church, the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans and a member of the American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He is survived by his former wife, Angie Elizabeth Little; a daughter, Karen L. Pickering of Chesapeake; two sons, Drewry C. Little of Chesapeake and Kenneth W. Little of Virginia Beach; a sister, Madge Powell of Virginia Beach; a brother, C. Edward Little of Charlotte, N.C.; and three grandchildren.

A memorial funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Park Place United Methodist Church by Dr. Charles H. Smith. Memorial contributions may be made to Sentara Health System, c/o Sandy Miller, 6015 Poplar Hall Drive, Norfolk, Va. 23502. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
