College. Work. Rent. Four years of bologna sandwiches and Kool-Aid. Long-distance phone calls to mom and dad for a little more money and a lot of emotional support.

Ahhh, the joys of graduating from high school and moving on to bigger and better things.

More than 10,000 students have graduated from high schools in South Hampton Roads and northeastern North Carolina during the past two weeks and they've heard hours of advice and wisdom as they being the cliched next chapter of their lives.

And true, life will change for most as they break away from their high school routines and take on more challenges and responsibilities.
