Drewry Little
NORFOLK - Drewry ``Sweet Lips'' Little, 75, died Thursday, June 20, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mr. Little was a native of Norfolk and a retired restaurant owner. He was a member of Park Place United Methodist Church, the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans and a member of the American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by his former wife, Angie Elizabeth Little; a daughter, Karen L. Pickering of Chesapeake; two sons, Drewry C. Little of Chesapeake and Kenneth W. Little of Virginia Beach; a sister, Madge Powell of Virginia Beach; a brother, C. Edward Little of Charlotte, N.C.; and three grandchildren.
A memorial funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Park Place United Methodist Church by Dr. Charles H. Smith. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
