Robert Brooks Eure, 58, of the 600 block of Chandler Harper Drive, died June 21, 1996, in Portsmouth Hospital.
Mr. Eure, a native of Portsmouth, retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard as an electrical foreman after 34 years. He was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Eure; a daughter, Dee Dee Eure of Portsmouth; a son, ``Robbie'' Eure of Portsmouth; his mother, Belle Eure of Portsmouth; a sister, Yvonne Aucoin and her husband, James Aucoin, of Virginia Beach.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by the Rev. Robert F. Cofield Jr. in Loving Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. A visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
