Rosa Mae Mozell, 79, of Route 1, died June 21, 1996.
She was born in Gates County and was a member of New Middle Swamp Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Jessie Mozell and Tency Eason, both of Orange, N.J.; two sons, Wesley Mozell of Gatesville and Daryl K. Mozell of Franklinton Park, N.J.; two sisters, Maggie Lassiter of Gatesville and Gladys Bond of Gates; one brother, Leon Riddick of Suffolk; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in New Middle Swamp Baptist Church, Corapeake, by the Rev. Claud Odoms. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers is in charge.
