Margaret L. Schofield, 76, died June 22, 1996, in her residence.
Mrs. Schofield was born in Irvington, Va. She was a member of Third Presbyterian Church and the Tuesday Women's Circle.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen J. Schofield; a son, Raymond Lewis of Fredericksburg, Va.; and two grandchildren, Kendra and Colby Lewis of Fredericksburg.
A memorial service will be condducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Third Presbyterian Church by Pastor Steven L. Cronn. Burial will be private. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers or food to the house, the family suggests memorials to the Third Presbyterian Church, Building and Grounds, 8065 Carlton St., Norfolk, Va. 23518.
