ALMA B. LYNCH

Alma Bernice Gosman Lynch died June 24, 1996, in Chesapeake.

Mrs. Lynch was a native of Old Norfolk County. She was the daughter of the late Otto E. and Geneva Goodwin Gosman and the wife of the late James Frederick Lynch. She was the former owner and operator of Joyce Beauty Salon in South Norfolk. She was a member of Berkley Chapter (NU)57 Order of the Eastern Star and member of the Ladies Shriners Chapter (NU)35, former member of Portlock United Methodist Church.

Survivors are three sisters, Evelyn G. Liverman of Virginia Beach, Lena Mae Miles and Maudie Mizelle, both of Chesapeake; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. John Andrews officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Crippled Children Hospital or the Eastern Star Adult Home in Richmond. Twiford Colonial Chapel, Great Bridge, is handling all arrangements.
