Resolution granting the use-permit modification application of Sandra Pinnock to expand operation of a child day and preschool center from 60 children to 86 children at 1220 Cavalier Blvd.

Motion to transfer $41,777 from the Grants Contingency Account for the Police Department and Public Schools to expand their School Liaison Officer Program into the middle schools. The Department of Criminal Justice Services awarded the City of Portsmouth a grant award of $41,777 to pay for one officer to be assigned to a middle school for one year.
