Ottie Erle Willis, 88, of the 1100 block of Ivystone Square, died at home June 26, 1996.
Mrs. Willis was born in Forest, Miss., and was a longtime resident of Chesapeake. She was a retired sales person for Estee Lauder and a member of South Norfolk Baptist Church.
She is survived by four sisters, Mildred Waggoner of Pass Christian, Ms. Corenne McDill of Forest, Miss., Ms. Louise Nordon of Jackson, Miss., and Dina Hughes of Baton Rouge, La.; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be from noon today until the time of the service at 1 p.m. at the South Norfolk Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Roger Mardis. The interment will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in Rosewood Memorial Park. Officiating will be the Rev. Frank Hughes. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
