Annie Mae Artis, 90, of the 400 block of Fairfax Ave., died June 25, 1996, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
A native of North Carolina, she was a homemaker and the widow of Henry Artis.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy May Wilkerson of Norfolk; a son, Daniel Henry Artis of Portsmouth; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Riddick Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
