I am in favor of light rail for Virginia Beach. It would improve life in our city. Light rail will be essential to the future of Virginia Beach and Norfolk residents.
Light rail will help our environment by reducing pollution and traffic in our area. I hope Virginia Beach City Council decides in favor of a brighter future.
