Marie Tootsie Murden, 55, of the 100 block of N. Centerville Turnpike, died June 30, 1996, in her residence.
Mrs. Murden was born in Covington, Va., and was owner and operator of Marie's Window Cleaning Company. She was a member of Chesapeake Bay Campers Club.
Survivors include her husband, Louis Dennis Murden Sr.; a son, Lou Murden Jr. of Chesapeake; a half sister, Eva Wolfe of Norfolk; a brother, David Offenbacher of Cincinnati, Ohio; four grandchildren, Shannon, Tina, Steven and Lindsey.
The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. by Father Patrick Doody in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
