An ordinance to repeal ordinance no. 38,371 adopted on May 21, 1996, to be effective July 1, 1996, and to amend and reordain sections 41-1, 41-5, 41-6, 41-7, 41-8, 41-9, 41-9.1, 41-9.3, 41-49, 41-50, 41-53, 41-54.1, 41-55, 41-76, and 41-98 and to add new sections 41-5.1 and 41-6.1, to Chapter 41 of the city code relating to solid waste enforcement so as to coordinate and update waste collection and enforcement efforts. (This item was delayed at the June 25, 1996, meeting.) Delayed for two weeks.
