Police have identified the body of a man found in a railroad refuge oil tank car on May 9 in the 1500 block of Columbus Ave.
Robert Anthony Montgomery, 47, of Baltimore was found by employees of an oil processing plant in Portsmouth as the car was being cleaned, according to police.
Montgomery was identified through the use of dental records. The investigation is on-going by Baltimore police into the disappearance, and the death of Montgomery sometime this year, police said.
Montgomery, who was reported missing by his brother in January, was a painter, police said. by CNB
